Order Confirmation
Thank you for purchasing our products & subscribing to our monthly newsletter.
Once you have placed your order with Sean Rolle Grooming you will be sent an email confirmation confirming your order. We will aim to ship your order out within 1-2 working business days. You will then be emailed your tracking number so you can keep up to date with the process of your order.


Customs, Duties & Taxes
Sean Rolle Grooming is not responsible for any taxes or customs issues.


Returns
We strive to produce the best products here at Sean Rolle Grooming. We have a range of products we hope you will love and enjoy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products please let us know by contacting our support team.
Our policy at Sean Rolle Grooming is you have 14 days to return your item from the date you received it. Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange after 14 days. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. The item should also be in its original packaging. If our products arrive damaged, or contaminated in any way, please contact our support team support@seanrollegrooming.com  with a picture of the damaged item(s) and what the issue is. Sean Rolle Grooming will be happy to send a free replacement. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our support team. E-gift cards are also non-refundable. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Please note that due to the nature of some of our products, some goods are exempt from being returned e.g. beard oils, beard creams and certain grooming accessories e.g. SRG face mask will not be eligible for return or refund. Due to Covid 19 and hygiene reasons we are unable to resell these products. For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you will be required to return the item(s) you have purchased within 14 days of the purchase date. Email us at support@seanrollegrooming.com to request our returns form and label. Without our label on your return there maybe delays in processing your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Once your refund is approved your refund will be processed and applied to the payment method you use to pay. Refund times vary depending on who you bank with. We normally issue refunds within 7-10 days working days of receiving your item.
If you haven't received your refund once your refund has been confirmed, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you have checked your bank account and spoken with your bank or credit card company and still have not received your refund, please contact us at   support@seanrollegrooming.com


Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sales items can not be refunded.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item you can exchange it for the same item or another item of the same value.


Gifts
If the item was selected as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, an e-gift card will be generated. We will email you an e-gift card to the value of your purchase, once you have your item(s) has /have been received by Sean Rolle Grooming. If your item was not selected as a gift when purchased, we will refund the money back to your method of payment.
Please note you will be responsible for paying the costs of returning your item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the shipping costs will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange to reach you may vary. If your shipping an item that is over £80 you should consider using a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance.
